Villandry

So to change things up we saw another castle.

Villandry is famed for its Renaissance gardens. Historically speaking, it is not too important, but the recent owners have made it a major destination of the loire castles.


Not too much else to write about it. One notable thing in the castle was a beautiful ceiling that was transported piece by piece from a moorish castle in spain:
